COLLECTION AND USE OF CUSTOME INFORMATION
Eport requires the following information from you to process their Bookings:
- Name and address
- Contact information including telephone number and email address
- Nationality
- Account details such as credit or debit card numbers, issue date, expiry date and CVV or Security number.
- Customer's preference and interests
- Other information relevant to customers surveys and/or offers
During the process of Bookings Eport passes the above personal data to relevant credit of debit card companies that issue the card, tour operators, accommodation providers or flight operators with which Bookings are made.
Eport requires this information to process Booking and make arrangements with relevant Operators, accommodation providers or flight operators. This information allows Eport to contact customers on phone to confirm Booking details, notify any problem in processing Bookings, notification of changes in Bookings and flights, send postal or email confirmation of Booking to the customers.
Eport also stores this information and use it occasionally to notify its customers about it new service s and special offers.
Advance Passenger Information
The governments of various countries require airlines to collect Advance Passenger Information for passengers prior to travel.
If your itinerary shows that you are travelling to one or more of these countries we will collect this information from you to provide this information to relevant airlines. This information will only be provided by airlines to each country's Control Authorities with the relevant information required by them; however some governments require airlines to provide them with direct access to airline passenger bookings (PNRs), which may contain other passenger data.
In order to ensure that your check-in at the airport is as smooth as possible and to avoid any additional queues, you are strongly advised to provide this information for each booking before going to the airport.
It is also important that the information is accurate so that you do not have any delay when you pass through Immigration on arrival in these countries.
The law requires airlines to collect Advance Passenger Information, before travel, for all passengers travelling:
- To Canada
- To or from the United States of America
- To or from Mexico
- To or from China (except Hong Kong)
- To certain destinations to and from the UK which include Dubai, Johannesburg, Bangkok and Islamabad.
USA
Laws in force in the USA require airlines to collect the following information from all passengers travelling to and from the USA, prior to travel: -
Passport information, including passport number, country which issued passport, passport expiry date, given names (as they appear on passport), last name, gender, date of birth and nationality.
From 04 October 2005 US legislation requires passengers to provide the following additional information:
- Country of residence
- Alien Registration Number (Green Card) for those who have US residency.
- Destination address in the US for all passengers except US Citizens or residents
Other Countries
In addition, certain other countries require airlines to submit Advanced Passenger Information about our passengers. These currently include: Canada, China (excluding Hong Kong), and Mexico.
The UK Government also requires airlines to submit information about its passengers, when travelling to and from certain destinations. These currently include Miami, Washington, Dubai, Bangkok, Johannesburg and Islamabad.
We will collect the following information about you, to be passed to the relevant airlines so that they can provide this information to relevant authorities:
Passport information, including passport number, country which issued passport, passport expiry date, given names (as they appear on passport), last name, gender, date of birth and nationality
Caribbean Passengers - Data passed to USA
Specifically :
Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, The Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Montserrat, Saint Lucia, St Kitts and Nevis, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands. Collectively members or associate members of 'CARICOM'.
Please note that some or all of the above CARICOM states will enter into an agreement with the USA whereby advance passenger data, required by and provided to CARICOM states for border security purposes, will be passed to the USA Department for Homeland Security for processing on behalf of those CARICOM states.
The UK Information Commissioner's Office has accepted that this will not breach the Data Protection Act but has advised airlines operating to CARICOM states to make passengers considering travelling to CARICOM states aware that personal information provided by them may be passed on for processing as above.
Eport's email update service

For example, we will often give advanced notice of our fantastic sales, so that you can be amongst the first to pick up a great bargain! Competitions/Campaigns
When you enter our competitions or other promotional offers, we may ask for your name, address and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners.

Eport reserves the right to pass your information on to trustworthy third parties that we use for the provision of certain services, for instance allowing Eport customers to book hotels and car hire services quickly and easily by transferring details from the Eport booking form to our partners' booking forms. If a subsequent booking is not made with our partner, the personal information transferred is automatically deleted.
Eport passes your personal data onto the Civil Aviation Authority for the purposes of insuring compliance with and the enforcement of ATOL regulations.
Controlling your personal information
You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:
