conditions that apply to your use of the website. Eport provides travel agency
services including bookings of flight tickets, holiday arrangements,
accommodation, car hire and other products and ancillary services ("Bookings")
to its customers. Eport provides these services as an agent of relevant
[TRAVELPACK LIMITED] operators. Any booking which you make or order through this
website is subject to these terms and conditions and to the relevant operator's
standard terms and conditions. Please read these terms & conditions
carefully before you use this site or make Bookings.
By browsing and making Bookings you are agreeing to comply with and be
legally bound by the following terms & conditions, which should be read
together with this site's Privacy Policy.
Eport may change these terms & conditions from time to time by updating
this page. You should check this every time you visit this Website to use our
services provided through this Website to ensure that you are happy with any
changes. If you continue to use or access the Website and the Services following
any such changes, you accept and agree to be bound by all changes.
The terms "Eport" or "us" or "we" or "our" refer to the owner of the Site
whose registered office is 54 Cole Gardens, Hounslow TW5 9RJ. The terms "you" or
"user" refers to all users or viewers accessing this Website for any
reasons.
IMPORTANT
Eport recommends that the Customer checks the details of the confirmed
booking to satisfy themselves that all the details are as required i.e., choice
of predetermined end of trip and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure
that visas; inoculation and vaccination and all the necessary documents are in
order prior to embarking on the journey.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Operator's Terms & Conditions
Eport provides booking services as an agent of the operator at the prices
advertised in its brochures or advertisements. Eport recommends that the
customer read and understands the booking conditions and relevant general
information sections set out in the Operator's brochures before making any
Bookings. Additional Terms and Conditions are provided by each individual Tour
Operator and/or accommodation provider once the booking has been confirmed. The
customer should familiarize themselves with these Terms & Conditions. Eports
Terms and Conditions are not transferable.
The Customers are subject to a Tour Operators Terms & Conditions once
booking has been made.
ATOL Protection
The customers who pay for and make Bookings within the United Kingdom are
covered under the Civil Aviation Authority under ATOL provisions. Eport acts
only as agents for the ATOL licensed Tour Operators and absolves itself from any
liability in this regard.
No Frills Flights, Low Cost or Budget Airlines
The Customer should note that the Bookings made for these flights are
different from the Booking made for other flights viz. Scheduled Airlines and
Charter flights. These flights are not covered by the protection under ATOL
provisions and these Bookings are not subject to usual Eport method of business.
Any changes to these bookings are rarely allowed and they should be considered
as unchangeable. There may be no compensations payable in respect of any flight
changes.
Travel Insurance
Eport recommends that all customers who have a confirmed booking obtain
travel insurance as some Tour Operators may refuse travel in absence of the
same. Eport recommends customers to carry all relevant documents.
Booking Cancellation/Amendments
In the event of the cancellations the deposits paid by the Customers are
non-refundable unless the Customer cancels Booking due to the Operator making
significant changes to the booking as a result of unusual and unforeseeable
circumstances beyond Operator's or Airline's control.
No Bookings will be cancelled unless written authorization is received. All
cancelled Bookings will be subject to an Eport administration charge. Should a
Tour Operator give a refund, the Eport administration charge will be deducted at
source and prior to the refund being sent to the customer.
Notification of Flight Changes
Should a flight be subject to a substantial change by the Operator or Airline
then Eport will give reasonable notice, subject to circumstances prevailing at
that time. We will notify the customers of any corrections, alterations or other
information advised to us by the Operator concerning any bookings by either in
writing, by email or orally if it is a major change. Conditions and terms
stipulated in the Customer's tickets cover notification of minor changes. The
Customer should not that should there be a delay in a change of flight times of
more than 12 hours then any compensation is at the discretion of the Operator
only. Any loss suffered is not Eport's Responsibility.
Flight and Accommodation
The customer must check that any airport at which they are to arrive is
suitable for their own and their traveling companion's needs and requirements
and this is not the responsibility of Eport in any event.
Receipt of Tickets
Eport will post or email tickets and Bookings 7-10 days prior to departure.
In the event that the Customers have not received tickets and vouchers at least
7 days prior to the date of departures then the customer should telephone (0208
230 5185) or contact Eport's office as appropriate.
Infants
All infants must be under the age of 2 years on the date of return and any
infant under 6 weeks must be reported to the airline. No seat is allocated to
infants and do not have any baggage allowance.
Special Needs
All requests in this regard must be reported to the appropriate airline via
an appropriate SPECIAL NEEDS REQUEST. Eport does not give any guarantee to any
Customer that the Operator will comply with such request unless so directed in
writing by the Operator. These special requests are subject to availability but
not guaranteed.
Payments
Eport requires appropriate minimum deposit at the time of making Bookings or
full payments in case of late Bookings prior to or at the same time as
confirming booking. Where the Bookings are made 14days or less before date of
travel the Customer must pay all sums due in cash or by credit/debit card.
All balances due should be paid by at least 3 days prior to date of
departure. Failure by the customer in this regard will enable the booking to be
automatically cancelled and deposit will be forfeited. Eport will send no
payment reminders. Cheques should be made payable to "Eport Technologies Ltd".
Should a cheque not be met on presentation for payment then an administration
charge of £25.00 will ensue. No telephone payments will be accommodated. Should
the customer wish to pay by card then they utilize the card booking slip
provided or through Online Payment.
Car Hire (Where Applicable)
If you have booked car hire, your contract is with that specific car hire
company. You have made your booking through Eport as agent for that car hire
company, whose terms and conditions are available. Please ring Customer Services
on 02082305185 to obtain a copy of the terms and conditions of the car hire
company.
Please ensure you check all your booking details on your car hire voucher
when you receive it. Special attention should be given to the documents you will
need when you collect your car including your car hire voucher and valid driver
licenses for all named drivers. You will need a valid credit card when
collecting your car in the name of the lead driver (debit cards are not
acceptable).
American Express and Diners Club
A fee of 2.5% will be incurred should these cards be utilised by the
Customer
Credit Card Charges Other than American Express and Diners
Club
Visa and Master Card payments incur a fee of 2%. Please note payment of any
balance by cheque, Switch, Delta, Connect, Electron, Visa Debit, Maestro or Solo
will not be subject to a charge.
